We hear this from almost every person we speak to. Here's the truth: nobody who's transformed with us ever felt "ready." You should be. Most of our members come to us after one or more cheap online programmes that overpromised and underdelivered. Why don't I just use ChatGPT or Claude for this?
Genuinely fair question. But here's what AI can't do: it can't hold you accountable to the targets you set yourself. What ends up happening with AI is you continue prompting, and never really know what the answer is. AI is a tool, and a great one. Coaching is a relationship. What we sell isn't information (you can use AI for this); it's the human in your corner who knows your context, catches what you miss, verifies your plan and refuses to let you quit. That's what AI fundamentally cannot replicate.

What about Ozempic, or Mounjaro, or any weight-loss drug?
They work. Until you stop. Then the weight comes straight back, often with worse hormonal, muscle and energy outcomes than before, because the underlying habits, environment, mindset and lifestyle haven't changed. We're not anti-drug; some of our members use them under medical supervision. But the drug is a tool, not a transformation.
